We offer a 4-day travel package to the Siwa Oasis near Cairo, with a stop in El Alamein along the way. The Siwa Oasis is located in the western desert, and is 738 km away from Cairo, taking nine hours to get there. During your visit, you will have a private guide to explore the stronghold of Shali, the bath of Cleopatra, The Temple of the Oracle, Gebel and Mawta, Gebel Al Dakrur, Lake Fatnas, and the great sea of sand. Please note that only 30% of the total amount will be deducted online as a deposit. The remaining balance will be paid in cash upon your arrival to Egypt in either Dollars or Euros.
The duration of each daily tour is approximately 8 hours, while the half-day tour typically lasts around 4 hours. Please be advised that if the tour exceeds these time ranges, additional charges may apply.

Tipping is not included in any of our packages and leaves to the discretion of the travelers. Although not mandatory, it is of great importance to people who will take care of you while traveling.

Tour Plan

Day 01: Cairo to Siwa

Our tour leader will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo and take you on a journey toMatrouh, where we will stop for lunch. Then, we will continue our journey from Marsa Matrouh to Siwa oasis.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at your Siwa Hotel.

Day 02: Discover the oasis of Siwa

When visiting Siwa, start your day with a hotel breakfast and head straight to the Alexander the Great Temple, also known as the Temple of the Oracle. This temple is famous because it is believed that Alexander the Great consulted the Siwan oracle to confirm that he was Zeus' son.
After visiting the Temple of the Oracle, make your way to the spring of the Sun, also known as Cleopatra's Bath. This location is a popular spot for travelers, and according to myth, Cleopatra herself bathed here.
Next, visit the Umm Ubaydah or Amun temple, which is located only 200 meters away from the Temple of the Oracle. This temple was built by Nectanebo, a pharaoh from the 40th Dynasty.

Take a break from sightseeing by having lunch at a Siwan restaurant before exploring the Great Sand Sea in the desert by Jeep 4x4. While in the desert, don't miss the opportunity to visit Bir Waheed's hot and cold springs. End your day with a traditional Bedouin tea before dinner and an overnight stay at Siwa Hotel.

Day 03: swim in Surreal Salt Lakes and their healing beauty

After breakfast, we will pick you up from your accommodation in Siwa Oasis to take a dip in the Surreal Salt Lakes. These lakes are one of Siwa's famous attractions, known for their therapeutic properties and as a source of income for the local people. The high salinity of the water makes it an ideal place for relaxing and rejuvenating the skin, sinuses, and eyes.
After enjoying the soothing water, we can have lunch at an Egyptian restaurant, followed by some free time to explore the beautiful Siwa oasis.

Day 04: Siwa to Cairo

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Cairo, stopping in Marsa Matrouh for lunch. After exploring Marsa Matrouh, make your way back to Cairo.
